Terms and Conditions
Here is a plain-English digest of the rules behind your SpinEmpire Casino account in Canada. It does not replace the full Terms and Conditions and bonus terms published inside the casino; where the two differ, the full English text prevails.
1. Who Runs SpinEmpire Casino
We are licensed by the Curaçao Gaming Authority, licence OGL/2024/589/0556, operated by GBL Solutions N.V. The company's registered office is at Seru Loraweg 17, Curaçao (registration no. 155090). A Cyprus subsidiary acts as our payment agent.
Curaçao law governs the agreement, with non-exclusive jurisdiction for Curaçao courts. Every game follows its own rules, and every promotion layers its own conditions on top of section 7.
2. Who May Play
You can register once you reach the legal age in your province and can sign a binding contract. Nineteen is the minimum in most provinces and territories; Alberta, Quebec and Manitoba set it at 18. Our general terms set 18 as the floor; where your province sets a higher age, that age applies. By opening an account you also confirm that:
- online casino play is permitted for you where you live (some countries are closed to registration);
- you are not barred from gambling, and no earlier account of yours was shut for fraud, collusion or a breach of these rules;
- you know that real money is at stake and can be lost.
Accounts opened by minors are closed, and anything deposited or won on them is forfeited.
3. Your Account
3.1 A single account each
You may hold one SpinEmpire account. A second profile, or one opened for a relative, under another email, IP or address, or on another device, is a duplicate: we can block it without warning, cancel its bonuses, free spins and winnings, and keep deposits made through it.
3.2 Correct details, personal use
Keep the personal details on your profile true and current, and ask support to correct any error. Logins are not to be shared, sold or bought, nobody else may deposit or cash out for you, and money cannot move between player accounts.
3.3 Fair play
A random number generator decides every result, and the game server's log is final. We may void winnings or suspend an account when we have grounds to suspect a masked IP address (a VPN, for instance), bots, forged documents, collusion, bonus abuse or deliberate use of a software fault. Funds credited by mistake must be paid back.
4. Identity Verification (KYC)
Until we have verified you, the most we can pay out is €2,000 in a 24-hour period and €2,300 overall from the day you registered. Checks start with your first payout request, though our Risk Department may ask sooner.
| What we verify | Proof we accept |
|---|---|
| Who you are | A valid driver's licence, passport, residence permit or national ID card, photographed in colour |
| Where you live | A utility bill, tax invoice, government residence certificate, or bank or card statement from the last three months, showing your full name and postal address. Not accepted: screenshots, edited images, receipts, insurance papers and bills for mobile phones or medical care |
| That the payment method is yours | Cards: both sides shot edge to edge, middle digits and CVV hidden. Bank: a record with your name and the account, transit and institution numbers, or a void cheque for Gigadat payments. E-wallet: a profile screenshot with your name and account ID |
Files go in through your account or to [email protected]. We may also ask for a selfie with your ID or a video call; missing an agreed call can cost you the winnings and the account. Once a complete, legible set is in, review takes up to 72 hours, counted on weekdays from 9 a.m. until 6 p.m. GMT+3. Send everything within 30 calendar days of the withdrawal request or of our request, or winnings are cancelled and the account is closed for good.
5. Deposits
Canadian accounts are kept in CAD. Our cashier accepts cards, Interac, crypto, bank transfer, MiFinity and Zimpler, and the minimum and maximum deposit vary by method.
- Every card or account you pay from must be registered to you. We refuse payments from anyone else and never take cash.
- Funds must be lawfully obtained, and we may turn a deposit down until your identity, age, location and ability to pay are clear.
- Money that has never been staked in a game cannot be withdrawn, under our anti-money-laundering rules. We monitor transactions and may report suspicious ones.
- Taxes on winnings, where they apply, are yours to handle.
A refund request is considered only if made within 24 hours of the transaction (30 days if someone else accessed your account), and never once the deposit has been played.
6. Withdrawals
Winnings travel back along the route your deposit came in; if that route cannot pay out, we choose another, and we may pay a first withdrawal by bank transfer to complete identity checks. Up to three payout requests can be pending at once, and after verification our finance team works through them on weekdays between 9 a.m. and 6 p.m. (GMT+3). The smallest payout is CA$15 by bank transfer, CA$80 in crypto and CA$30 by other methods (Interac: CA$15 or CA$30, by route).
Upper limits rise with your loyalty level:
| Loyalty level | Per payout | Per day | Per month |
|---|---|---|---|
| Levels 1 to 29 | CA$750 | CA$750 | CA$15,000 |
| Levels 30 to 49 | CA$1,000 | CA$1,000 | CA$15,000 |
| Levels 50 to 75 | CA$1,500 | CA$1,500 | CA$22,500 |
| Levels 76 to 100 | Agreed individually | Agreed individually | Agreed individually |
Charges on cash-outs
If you cash out while your real-money stakes are under 3x the deposit, up to 10% of the payout may be withheld, or we may decline and ask you to play the deposit through. A fee for processing payouts may also apply, and basic bank fees can be taken from your balance. Switching on Take a Break cancels open requests and sends the amount back to your balance.
7. Bonuses and Promotions
No bonus is compulsory: you can turn one down, or drop it any time before wagering is finished. Every offer is limited to one claim per person, and the same limit covers a shared household, address, device, email, phone number, IP address and payment account. You can run a single bonus at once, and deposit bonuses never combine.
7.1 Welcome package
- Wagering: 45x the bonus amount, for cash and free spin bonuses alike.
- Maximum stake with a bonus running: CA$7 a spin or hand; the same cap applies to bonus buys and to bet doubling.
- Cash bonus winnings are withdrawable up to 4x the deposit; free spin winnings have their own cap per package, shown with each stage.
- Activation must happen within 7 days of crediting, and the wagering within 7 days after that.
Other promotions follow their own page. Where a page says nothing, you get 48 hours to activate and 5 days to wager.
7.2 How wagering counts
Bets come out of your cash balance before bonus money is touched. Slots count 100%, eligible instant games 10%, non-live roulette 5% and all other games 0%. Jackpots, live dealer and table games stay locked while bonus money is in play, and excluded slots and instant games are listed in the full bonus terms. An early cash-out cancels the bonus as well as anything it won, and a pending withdrawal blocks any new bonus from being credited.
7.3 Bonus abuse
Saving bonus rounds or free spins until wagering ends, parking table bets, building in-game value with bonus money for later real-money play, topping up while free spins run and opening extra accounts are forbidden. We may then cancel the bonus with its winnings, bar you from promotions or block the account.
8. Responsible Gaming
Gambling can become addictive, so we offer three controls:
- Take a Break: a pause you set for a day, for three days or for a week. Play, deposits and withdrawals stop, a confirmation email follows, and the pause cannot be ended early; the account reopens by itself afterwards.
- Reality Check: in My Account, then Settings, pick a 60, 90 or 180 minute timer; when it runs out, a reminder displays your elapsed playing time.
- Self-exclusion: email [email protected] to close the account for an indefinite period.
Players who close an account over gambling problems promise never to register here again and may not play at the partner casinos named in our licence. We may also block access ourselves if gambling appears to be harming someone. Our responsible gaming guide lists help lines in Canada.
9. Dormant and Inactive Accounts
After six straight months with no real-money bet, an account becomes dormant. A dormant account may be charged 10 EUR a month (or its value in CAD), taken at 00:00 UTC on the 1st, until you bet real money again or nothing is left on the balance; bonus funds on it are cancelled.
Twelve months without activity make the account inactive. If we cannot reach you, the account can be deleted and any positive balance voided. If a blocked or deleted account still holds money, tell support.
10. Closing an Account
10.1 Leaving on your own
Write to [email protected] using the email registered to the account, at least 24 hours ahead. Cash out and let pending payouts finish first, since accounts with money or open requests cannot be closed. We confirm the closure and its effective date, and you stay responsible for the account until then. In some cases we can reopen it on request, but earlier bonuses and entitlements lapse.
10.2 Closure or suspension by us
We may close your account ourselves, notifying you in writing, and pay out the balance on request. That balance is forfeited if the closure results from fraud, cheating, collusion, money laundering or a breach of these terms that caused damage. A suspension freezes play, deposits, withdrawals and new bonuses while we review the case, after which we reopen or close the account.
11. Complaints
Raise any issue with support first, by live chat or email, describing the problem. If that does not resolve it, email [email protected] and we will make reasonable efforts to resolve it promptly. A notice from us counts as delivered once it is emailed to the address in your profile.
12. Changes to These Terms
We may revise these terms, the bonus rules and the games or services we offer at any time, without affecting bets or rounds already in progress. For how we handle personal data and cookies, read our privacy policy.
