SpinEmpire Casino Privacy Policy

Last updated: October 2026

GBL Solutions N.V. runs SpinEmpire Casino and decides how player information is used, which makes it the data controller. Below: the data we hold, why, who may receive it and your rights.

1. The Company Behind Your Data

"We", "us" and "our" on this page mean GBL Solutions N.V., the operator of SpinEmpire Casino and provider of every gambling service in it. The company is incorporated in Curaçao (registration no. 155090), with its registered office at Seru Loraweg 17, Curaçao. We are licensed by the Curaçao Gaming Authority, licence OGL/2024/589/0556. For payments, GBL Solutions N.V. uses its Cyprus subsidiary Ramtinar Techconsult Limited as payment agent (no. HE 412602, Kasou 18, Office 41, 1086 Nicosia).

Gambling rules require us, as controller, to process certain details before you can play. Registering means you accept this policy as an agreement with the company; if you prefer not to share what we require, please do not use the casino.

Privacy contact

Write to [email protected], putting "Privacy Request" or "Information Request" in the subject; other contact options appear on the casino website. The department in charge reviews each request within statutory deadlines.

We may keep copies of your messages, emails included, for accurate records, and nothing is gathered without your knowledge. To provide our services and meet legal duties, identity, fraud and AML checks included, we may also receive data from public and government registers, the internet and social media, commercial databases, credit and financial institutions, fraud prevention firms, online sellers and public authorities, plus anything you made public yourself, such as a linked Facebook or Google account.

3. What We Use It For

We use your data to:

  • settle bets and payments, card and online payment system transfers included;
  • provide the games and features you choose, and support you with your profile;
  • identify you and complete the required verification;
  • watch transactions for fraud, wilful delays, money laundering and any gambling activity that looks illegal or abnormal;
  • meet legal duties, including rules against money laundering and terrorist financing;
  • study market trends and player needs (surveys are always optional) and compile statistics from aggregated data;
  • send promotions, including offers that come from partners, associates or affiliates.

Legal grounds

We follow the data protection laws that apply to us, the GDPR and the LOK (National Ordinance on Games of Chance) among them. Every use rests on a lawful basis: our contract with you, a legal obligation, legitimate interests (ours or a third party's), your consent, legal claims we need to bring or answer, or another ground the law allows.

Promotional messages

We may contact you by email or phone about our products and offers and those of partners and software providers. To opt out, ask our team at [email protected]. Accepting a contest prize lets us mention your name or nickname in advertising without extra payment, unless the law forbids it.

4. When Your Data Leaves Us

We neither sell nor rent personal data to third parties. It reaches others only in these cases, and our contracts oblige service providers to protect it:

  • Payment system operators, where data must pass between us to complete a transaction; their own privacy policies cover that part.
  • Licensing and official authorities, including regulators in other jurisdictions, to satisfy our regulatory duties.
  • Courts, supervisory and law enforcement bodies, when a law, court order or warrant demands it, or when we consider disclosure to a supervisory or law enforcement body necessary to safeguard the legitimate interests of GBL Solutions N.V., its players or other people.
  • Fraud and protection cases, to defend ourselves, you or third parties, investigate fraud or answer a government request.
  • Service providers for hosting, site management, marketing, analytics, modernization, newsletters, transaction processing and game content, bound by the obligations we carry.
  • Anyone else, only with your consent given in advance.

Share or like buttons come from networks such as Facebook, under their own policies. If the company merges, buys a business or is acquired in whole or in part, player data will very likely move with the deal, and we will email you first. External sites we link to are not covered by this policy.

Some processing may happen beyond the EU and EEA. Transfers to affiliates or other third parties then rely on countries the European Commission rates as adequate, its Standard Contractual Clauses, or another recognized legal safeguard.

5. Retention Periods

Either side can close an account under our Terms and Conditions, but closure does not wipe your records. Anti-money laundering rules for licensed gaming oblige us to hold registration data, and anything supplied while the account was open, for the life of the account and a minimum of five years after your final transaction or the closure date, so earlier erasure requests cannot be carried out. Meanwhile the records are opened only if competent authorities need help with enquiries into tax or financial records, fraud, money laundering or other unlawful activity.

6. Data Security

Your account data is stored securely and kept confidential, apart from the disclosures listed in section 4. We follow the data protection standards the law sets and take every reasonable precaution in line with good practice.

7. Cookies

Each visit lets our system log your browser, IP address and referring page, sometimes with platform partners who may add demographic and interest data. Using it to identify you personally requires your prior consent. The collection relies on cookies (small text files saved on your computer or phone) and similar tracking tools.

TypeWhat it does
RequiredOpens the site and core features such as your account area, and keeps you signed in between pages.
FunctionalLets us analyse how visitors use the site and the choices they make (session key, language or region), so we can improve it.
AdvertisingSet by partners to measure our marketing. Affiliates get no name or email from us, only what these cookies record.

Advertising data may be matched with what other providers hold, under their own policies, and some outside providers set cookies to help us improve navigation, track activity on the site and measure performance and ad results. Your browser settings let you block or remove cookies, though we advise against it, since parts of the site may stop working.

8. Your Rights and How to Use Them

Depending on the law relevant to you, you may ask us to:

  • Access: show you the personal data we keep;
  • Correction: fix details that are wrong or outdated;
  • Erasure or restriction: delete your data or narrow how we use it;
  • Objection: stop certain processing, direct marketing included;
  • Withdrawal of consent: end processing that depends on your agreement.

You can also complain to a competent supervisory authority. Each right has limits: processing may continue where law, regulation, fraud prevention, AML, licensing, responsible gaming, disputes, security or legal claims require it. Where allowed, we may extend our reply time or refuse groundless, excessive or repeated requests.

Send requests to [email protected] (subject "Privacy Request") or through any channel from section 1.

9. Age Limits

SpinEmpire Casino is for adults. In Canada you may open an account from 19 in most provinces, and from 18 in Alberta, Manitoba or Quebec. Our terms never let anyone under 18, or below the gambling age where they live, register; such accounts are closed, and any balance a minor deposits or wins is forfeited. Age is confirmed during verification. Safe play tips are in our responsible gaming section.

10. Updates to This Policy

We may revise this policy from time to time; the date at the top marks the current version. Using the casino after an update is posted means you accept the new wording.
